Evidence Solutions Ltd. is a Canadian company with a global reach delivering case and evidence management solutions to legal teams in the public sector.
Born out of necessity
The company was born out of necessity. In 1997, the principal was a plaintiff in a large, successful construction claim in British Columbia. The trial lasted 7 months and was Canada's first paperless proceeding using technologies developed by the plaintiff. At its conclusion, Judge Madame Justice Beames and the legal teams encouraged continued use of the technologies employed throughout the trial to reduced court and legal costs. In 1998 the Searchlight™ litigation support software was introduced to the legal market and the company began delivering litigation support services.

Today, Evidence Solutions Ltd. is the most experienced litigation support service and software company in Canada delivering success throughout North America in many high-stakes cases for public sector legal teams including the Department of Justice Canada, provincial security commissions, state Department of Financial Institutions, national police authorities, provincial Attorney General Offices and the US military.
